Membership and Online Merchandise Refund Policy
The Gamma Beta Phi appreciates your membership within the Society. If a student desires a refund, that request must be submitted to National Headquarters within 30 days of the original induction payment. Any requests received after the 30-day period must be approved by both the Chapter Advisor and National Headquarters. Please be aware that once your induction materials have been shipped to your chapter, a partial refund will be processed, which will include a deduction of $20 to cover the certificate printing costs.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, in regards to our merchandise and regalia! The Gamma Beta Phi Society Online Merchandise Store offers a 30-day return/exchange policy with a copy of the receipt and a reason for the return or exchange. The merchandise must be in new condition, and you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Once the return order/item is received, a credit will be issued.
