Membership and Online Merchandise Refund Policy
The Gamma Beta Phi Society appreciates your membership within the Society. If a student desires a refund, that request must be submitted to National Headquarters within 30 days of the original induction payment. Please be aware that once your induction materials have been shipped to your chapter, a partial refund will be processed, which will include a deduction of $20 to cover the certificate printing costs.
Your satisfaction is very important to us regarding our merchandise and regalia. The Gamma Beta Phi Society Online Merchandise Store offers a 30-day return/exchange policy with a copy of the receipt and a reason for the return or exchange. The merchandise must be in new condition, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the returned order/item is received, a credit will be issued.
