She is a passionate advocate for equitable outcomes for all students and a collaborative, strategic systems thinker. Lisa is committed to supporting aspiring leaders through mentoring and coaching while advancing student-centered practices through research, reflection, and continuous professional learning.

He is also the founder of Empower Group Florida LLC, a Top-Producing Real Estate Agent with eXp Realty, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a concentration in Marketing.

Matthew Juntz is a highly experienced military officer, program manager, and security specialist with over 18 years of service across military, federal, and civil sectors. He currently serves as an Active-Duty Commanding Officer in the U.S. Army and holds an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. His expertise includes threat analysis, security compliance, and high-risk operations. He holds multiple graduate degrees, certifications, and a PhD.
Michael Kricheli

Michael has worked in the mental health field since 2005. He began his career in behavioral health rehabilitation services and later earned his Master’s Degree in Psychology. He has served as a Mobile Therapist and Behavior Consultant and is currently pursuing licensure as a Licensed Associate Counselor, with the goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Rachel Robeson

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Carson-Newman University in 2020 and her Master of Accountancy from Tennessee Technological University in 2023, graduating magna cum laude. She currently works as an accountant for the State of Tennessee within the Treasury Department and has served in this role for five years. Rachel has held numerous leadership roles, including Treasurer for the Women of Vision and President of the Student Ambassador Association, and previously served on the Gamma Beta Phi National Executive Committee.

JoShanda serves as an Access Coordinator at HCA Healthcare and is passionate about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. She previously served on HCA Healthcare’s Diversity Board and has contributed to initiatives focused on cultural competence, recruitment, and community outreach. Through her business, jodreambig.com, she works to improve digital literacy among underserved senior citizens. Her work reflects a strong commitment to access, equity, and empowerment.

She retired as an elementary school principal in 2023 after 13 years with the Clark County School District. She currently serves as the Community Faculty Director in the Office of Faculty Affairs at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV.

Tracie Trinidad, PhD, is the manager of equity programs in the Office of the Superintendent at Aurora Public Schools. Her research focuses on minoritized school experiences, youth abolitionist resistance, Chicana leadership, and sociopolitical youth development. Using critical methodologies such as critical policy analysis and centering Black and Chicana counter narratives through student testimonios, she collaborates with educators and communities to challenge oppressive educational policies to promote equity in education.

Giuseppe Di Iorio is a freelance violinist based in the Metropolitan area, where he primarily performs as a first violinist and occasionally as a second violinist in musical and operatic productions, concert chorales, and orchestral programs. He was a Member-At-Large of Gamma Beta Phi through New Jersey City University in 2015. In addition to his performance career, Giuseppe has served as an historian, researcher, and educator with the Board of Education, bringing a strong commitment to scholarship, education, and the arts.
