Annual Chapter Reports

The Chapter Report is an extremely essential, as we assess the progress of each chapter. Every year, your chapter is required to complete the four steps listed below. These documents are not only required for potential chapter recognition (Distinguished Chapter Award or Exemplary Chapter Award), they are also required to remain in compliance with the IRS. Please make sure these four steps are completed online by May 31st of each year.
All reports are now submitted electronically.

TO SUBMIT YOUR CHAPTER REPORT, PLEASE COMPLETE THESE 5 STEPS:

  1. Complete the Online Chapter Report Form.
  2. Complete the Online Treasurers Report Form.
  3. Complete the Online IRS Authorization Form.
  4. Complete the Online Chapter Award Status Form.

Within each video, National Executive Committee members review the Chapter Report (the significance, how to complete the forms, etc.).
