Scrapbook Competition Judging –There are four categories to be considered and the weight ultimately given to each judge is shown on the score sheet and judges strive to be impartial. The National Executive Director shall appoint a Head Judge of the scrapbook judging at the National Convention. The National Office shall secure the necessary judges for the scrapbook judging in advance before the National Convention. There are four categories to be considered and each scrapbook will be scored in the different categories. The total score of points in the different categories will determine the winner of the “Best Scrapbook” and will receive a patch to go on their chapter banner.

Note: each category will be on a scale from 1 to 10. 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest
The purpose of the scrapbook competition is to encourage each chapter to do its best and to permanently record its performance through a complete, attractive, creative, well-organized, and durable record of the chapter activities during each school year. And it also gives a number of chapter members an opportunity to increase their skills in putting together a scrapbook.
