Thank you for your interest in becoming a part of the Gamma Beta Phi Society’s team of academic excellent community service leaders. If you haven’t watched the YouTube video about the Society, I encourage you to do so. It will give you all the information you need in order to solidify your decision to join the Society.

The one-time National Fee is $60.00. After your first year of membership, there is a $5.00 continuing membership fee.

Member – At – Large (MAL)

1. A MAL must have at least a 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale)
2. A MAL must have completed 12 semester hours or 15 quarter hours of class work.
3. A MAL must submit an official transcript to the National Headquarters assuring #1 and #2 have been accomplished.
4. A MAL must complete 20 hours of community service a year.
5. Since the service requirement is for 20 hours to be completed anytime within the school year (and not 10 hours a semester), a MAL must submit a document on the organization's letterhead and signed by a representative of the organization verifying the MAL’s hours of service. The document must be submitted once a year.
6. A MAL is not allowed to do a fund raiser using the Gamma Beta Phi’s name, logo, or reputation.
